the seventh industrial revolution some 20 years ago .One consequence of this may be that
planetary collapse can now be caused by single individuals in many ways, maybe even in soft-ware mode .In such a situation increasing safety measures for the general public is inevitable and under
benign leadership can only be regarded as blessings . . .We do not believe that our society is already in the hands of
malignant shepherds and a time may come when discussion about their decisions can no longer be an option .Our position is also that prevention of
malignant replication is one of our major tasks because under malignant replication in the end no one benefits . When faced with impossible odds the time may come that decisions simply have to be made .The question may be: do we now have to
consider the Rubicon-mode ?We believe that this
